We have deposit options for all nights. For our DJ nights a £10 deposit and our live bands a £20 deposit. This option is
available on both our early bird prices and full price tickets. A deposit is to be paid for each person to reserve their
booking space. However, tickets can be purchased in full. All deposits/full payment are NON REFUNDABLE. If you are
unable to make the event we can offer the option to transfer to a different night (costs may apply and subject to availability). If a party member is
unable to attend we do suggest that you fill the space if possible.

If you have paid a deposit, final payments must be paid by the 31st October 2025. 

Our tables seat a maximum of 12 guests. If you are part of a larger group we will try to keep you to non-shared tables and seat the tables next to each other where possible. Parties over 7 will be seated at a private table. If you're part of a smaller group you may have to share a table with another group.

Early Bird tickets are available to purchase for all of our party nights up until June 30th 2025. After this point, tickets are all full price.

Yes, the more the merrier! You can add people to your booking up to one week prior to the event night (subject to availability)

Our dress code is smart casual however we do encourage fancy dress for our themed nights!

All timings will be confirmed a month in advance of your party night. You will be sent an itinerary. 

We cannot transfer any money across to drinks or towards drinks packages.

We do encourage parties to pre-order their drinks as this allows them to be ready and waiting on your table when you enter the room. A drinks pre-order form and drinks menus will be available on our website: https://www.wfcthevenue.co.uk/ or you can call the events team on 01922 651 418.

Unfortunately we do not offer the option to set up a bar account on the evening. We encourage you to use the pre-order drinks system instead.

Yes we have plenty of car parking spaces. However we do advise that cars are not to be left overnight.

We will always ask your party organiser to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergens prior to the night. However, it is the individual’s responsibility to notify the operations team on the evening of the event. Please note we cannot guarantee that any food or drink is 100% free from any allergen due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination.

The management reserves the right to move any performance into an alternative room. 

Yes all of our party nights are 16+ only with exception to the following:

• Bingo Loco (18+ only)
• Christmas with the Players (fun for all the family, all ages welcome)
• Christmas Bhangra Night (14+)

Please note that we operate a strict challenge 25 policy where identification is required to purchase and consume alcohol.

Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed within the building. Management reserves the right to confiscate any items brought on site, which will be returned upon departure. This includes items intended as gifts.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises. The management reserves the right to request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate action to enforce such a request.

Walsall FC is a non-smoking venue this includes e-cigarettes. Guests are asked to use the smoking areas away from the main entrance doors for the comfort of staff and other guests.

For the best interests of our guests we operate a strict door policy. Guests who approach the door and appear inebriated may be refused entry. On occasion to ensure your safety throughout the evening our guests may be asked to be searched upon entry for drugs, weapons or any other potential harmful objects. Those who refuse to be searched will be denied entry

The company reserves the right to cancel any of the parties if an unplanned football fixture is to fall on this date. Clients will be contacted.
